Philosophical Fight Log: Train With Me
So I’ve decided that I’m going to need to get some extra cardio and training sessions in between now the fight on AUG 27. Starting this Thursday, 11 Aug, I’ll be training on Youtube Live on my Youtube Channel, from 7:00-7:30 a.m., MON-FRI. I welcome you all to follow along. I’ll post my training plan on SAT for the upcoming week. Here is what the remainder of the week will look like.
THURS, AUG 11: 30 min Bulgarian Training Bag Workout
Equipment Needed: Bulgarian Training Bag
5 x Front Swings
5 x Back Squats
5/5 x Spins (Left + Right)
5 x Left Swing
5 x Right Swing
5x Clean/Front Squats
5x Overhead Press
5x Back Jump Squats
*AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible for 30 mins)
FRI, AUG 12: 30 min Pull-up/Squat/Push-up Circuit
Equipment Needed: Pull-up Bar, Kettlebell
3x Max Pull-ups
3x Max Pushups
3x Max Kettle Bell (30 lbs) Goblet Squats
5x Pullups/ 20 push-ups/ 30 Bodyweight Squats CIRCUIT until remainder of
30 mins is complete.
