MON, AUG 15: 30 min Bulgarian Training Bag Workout
Equipment Needed: Bulgarian Training Bag
5 x Front Swings
5 x Back Squats
5/5 x Spins (Left + Right)
5 x Left Swing
5 x Right Swing
5x Clean/Front Squats
5x Overhead Press
5x Back Jump Squats
*AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible for 30 mins)
TUES, AUG 16: 30 min Pull-up/Squat/Push-up Circuit
Equipment Needed: Pull-up Bar, 30lbs Kettlebell
3x Max Pull-ups
3x Max Pushups
3x Max Kettle Bell (30 lbs) Goblet Squats
5x Pullups/ 20 push-ups/ 30 Bodyweight Squats CIRCUIT until remainder of
30 mins is complete.
WED, AUG 17: 30 min Stationary Bike
Equipment Needed: Stationary Bike
30 mins H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)
1 min sprint/1 min recovery for 30 mins
THURS, AUG 18: Deadlifts/Squats/Bench
Equipment Needed: Barbell + Plates, Squat Rack, Bench
1-2x warm-up Squats
3x 5 Squats
3x 5 DLs
1-2x warm-up Bench
3x 5 Bench
FRI, AUG 19: 30 mins Sledge Hammer Swings
Equipment Needed: Sledge Hammer and Tire
10 sledgehammer swings each side/ 30 second rest
Repeat for 30 mins
